Our Services

Preliminary Design

  • Develop a flow sheet diagram showing the entire crushing process.

Detailed Design

INSTALLATION

  • Fabricate structural components like steel supports, platforms, and walkways as per design specifications.
  • Clear and level the site.
  • Lay foundations and concrete pads as per design.
  • Install  crushers, screens, and conveyors as per flow sheet.
  • Install power distribution panels, motor control centers, and electrical wiring.

Maintenance

  • Perform scheduled inspections of crushers, screens, conveyors, and other equipment.
  • Wear parts replacements such as jaw plates, cone liners, and impact bars to prevent breakdowns.
  • Perform on-site repairs or arrange for off-site repairs if necessary.
  • Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild major components or entire machines
